The plan should not be a thread of forwards. Share one link, and the tribe can see the destination, the dates, and whether there is still a seat. People who are in, are in.

Who is driving. When you leave. Which gate at the Mara. The itinerary sits on the trip, not in someone's notes app. Optional stops stay optional. The group still knows the shape of the days.
Meeting points that don't live in the chat
A pin, a time, a place to stand. Meeting points belong on the trip so the late matatu does not erase the plan. Open the trip, see where you are meeting, go.
The shared album when you get back
The photos should not die in five different cameras. After the hike or the safari, the shared album is where the trip stays, so the memory is the tribe's, not whoever remembered to AirDrop.
